Terms & Conditions — tk34 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk34 website accessible at https://tk34.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces operated by tk34.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tk34 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the tk34 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports market, casino game, crash game, or any other product offered by tk34.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be turned over in qualifying bets before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by tk34 in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of tk34, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or power failures.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tk34 platform, creating an Account, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the tk34 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means). Continued use of the tk34 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. tk34 accepts no liability arising from access or use by unauthorised parties using your Account credentials.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the tk34 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a business or commercial entity.
3. You are not acting as an agent, broker, or intermediary for any third party in connection with any Bet placed on the platform.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of tk34, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
5. You have not been self-excluded from the tk34 platform or subjected to a voluntary or mandatory exclusion period that remains active.
6. You are not suffering from a gambling-related disorder that prevents you from making informed and voluntary decisions to gamble.

tk34 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the tk34 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all registration fields. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. tk34 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain current Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified tk34 of a suspected breach of Account security. Notification must be sent to [email protected] as soon as a security concern is identified.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk34 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other point determined by tk34's compliance team:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, if requested by the compliance team.

tk34 processes all KYC documents securely. Documents are reviewed solely for the purpose of age verification, identity confirmation, and fraud prevention. All submitted data is handled in accordance with the tk34 Privacy Policy.

If a Player provides false, forged, or misleading documentation, tk34 will immediately terminate the Account, forfeit all balances, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tk34 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk34 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk34 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method:

• bKash / Nagad: Minimum ৳500 — typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Rocket / Upay: Minimum ৳500 — typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳2,000 — typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

tk34 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification of the Player's identity, source of funds, or to investigate a suspected breach of these Terms. In such cases, tk34 will contact the Player at the registered email address within 48 hours with details of any outstanding requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

tk34 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Balance for all Bets, unless otherwise specified by the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet size when wagering with an active Bonus Balance is ৳2,000 per round or event, unless a lower limit is stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in bonus cancellation.
• Certain game categories, including progressive jackpot slots and specific live dealer variants, may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate to Wagering Requirements. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution tables.

tk34 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified or cancelled after a Player has opted in, tk34 will communicate the change to affected Players and honour any portion of the bonus already earned under the original terms.

8 Betting & Game Rules

All casino game outcomes on the tk34 platform are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), which ensure that each game round produces a statistically independent and unpredictable result. Game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi operate under their own certification standards; tk34 does not modify game logic or RNG parameters.

Sports and cricket betting markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, FIFA, etc.) within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules. In the event of a result dispute, tk34's settlement decision is final once confirmed by the platform's trading team.

tk34 reserves the right to:

• Void any Bet placed after an event has started, or where a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
• Limit the maximum stake permitted on any individual market or Player Account at any time, without prior notice.
• Suspend a market or remove it from the platform if the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
• Decline or reverse a Bet that was facilitated by a Platform error, including but not limited to software bugs or incorrect odds feeds.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Live bet acceptance is subject to real-time odds availability and market suspension during key match events. tk34 is not liable for Bets that were not confirmed before a market was suspended.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk34 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using VPNs to circumvent geographic or Account restrictions, or systematically exploiting promotional terms.
• Match betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit promotional offers or guarantee profits regardless of outcome.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any other artificial means to place Bets or interact with the platform.
• Laundering proceeds of criminal activity through deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals on the tk34 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk34 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk34 platform — including but not limited to the tk34 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tk34 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any tk34 content without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk34 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the tk34 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether due to maintenance, technical failure, or Force Majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data by a third party.
• Any Bet that was not placed, confirmed, or settled due to a platform or connectivity error.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information or statistics published on the platform in connection with a Bet.

tk34's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim, or (b) ৳50,000 (fifty thousand Bangladeshi Taka).

12 Privacy & Data Protection

tk34 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the tk34 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk34 uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption with 256-bit SSL to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process transactions.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by tk34, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

13 Responsible Gaming

tk34 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account from within the Account settings panel.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger a notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and no deposits or Bets may be placed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and net profit/loss are available and can be enabled from Account settings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

tk34 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk34 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notification on the platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address of affected Players.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting adjustments that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players) may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into force.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the tk34 platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of tk34. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any Bet placed on the platform, tk34 operates the following dispute resolution process:

1. First Contact: The Player must submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the Account username, date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and the remedy sought.
2. Initial Review: tk34's customer support team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
3. Escalated Review: If the initial response does not resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may request escalation to tk34's compliance team, who will conduct an independent review and respond within ten (10) business days.
4. Final Decision: The compliance team's decision represents tk34's final position on the matter. Players who remain dissatisfied after the escalated review process has been completed are responsible for pursuing any further remedies available to them under applicable law.

tk34's decisions on the settlement of Bets, the voiding of markets, and the application of these Terms are final and binding in all circumstances, subject only to manifest error.
